Refund policy

We cannot accept returns, returns, or exchanges.

However, products will be returned or exchanged only in the following cases.

1. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product that is different from the product you ordered. We may not be able to accept returns after the product has been used, even if there is an error in the product contents.

2. The product was defective (damaged, scratched, soiled)
After contacting us, we will check whether a replacement product is available and whether there are any problems with the replacement product. Once we receive your item back, we will check for any defects and send you a replacement item.

*Depending on the product, there may be slight differences between the numbers and the actual dimensions.

*Inquiries regarding product returns and exchanges will only be accepted via email or telephone.

*Once the sales contract is established, we cannot accept cancellations of orders due to the customer's convenience.

*If you select cash on delivery for overseas shipping, your order will be canceled regardless of the contents.

In addition, we cannot accept returns, returns, or exchanges in the following cases.

・If our company determines that the purpose is for resale

・Reservation products and products that clearly state that cancellation is not possible

・We may not be able to accept exchanges depending on the number of items in stock.
